The Inn At Little Sister Hill

This is my go to place for my annual pedal bike ride from Milwaukee to Northport. The biking roads are beautiful. I've stayed here multiple times without any issues. Now hotel offers early online check in. This is a definite plus. We usually get in right around 9:00 pm after caughting the amazing sunset at Sister Bay. We are always out before the office opens the next day at 9:00 am. The location is perfect for exploring Door County. You can walk or drive to pebble beach. FYI it is all pebbles and smooth rocks. No sand but it was a very unique place to swim and relax. If you want another sand beach Sister Bay has a big beach. Wilson is just a short drive for ice-cream. Peninsula State Park is beautiful place to going exploring. Lots of shopping in multiple towns. Door county has something for everyone and Sister Inn is a comfortable place to stay. If you want to just relax at the hotel they have a nice outdoor pool, too.

This place was nice. Vacant of updates minus bathroom floor and some living room furniture. It was clean and had a kitchenette. Had games and movies you could check out from the lobby. 5 minute walk to pebble beach which is unique and beautiful. And less than 5 minutes from downtown Sister Bay by car.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have lots of free brochures of everything that is happening in Door County along with maps. They have free games, puzzles, hot chocolate and coffee. The kitchen has a good supply of basic small kitchen appliances, pots, pans and utensils. The only downside is that the large kitchen appliances are outdated, but they do work.The bed and pillows were comfortable. Out the back of the building you will see a cemetery. Go down that road, past the cemetery to find Pebble Beach. Very beautiful. We have stayed here a few times, our favorite place to stay in Door County. We save more money buying food at the grocery store and cooking all of our meals in our kitchen, than we would in a hotel room, but have to eat out every meal. They do have an outside grill, play area, fire pit, and swimming pool. They have a fireplace by the office in the main building.

Overall very satisfied. Very clean. Staff great. Bedroom a bit small and no room to put any items beside a luggage rack and screen on balcony door was torn; would be my only non positive comments.

Our stay was great, we enjoyed the grounds and the atmosphere. The unit was adequate for our family and needs. The beds (pull out and bedroom) in our unit were somewhat uncomfortable, but this could be personal preference as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return!

We stayed here during a family trip to Door County and really enjoyed it. The setup was more like an apartment than a typical hotel room, which worked great for our family of 5. There was a loft where the teenagers could sleep, a separate bedroom for the adults, and a pullout couch for the youngest kid, so everyone had their own space, which made things a lot more comfortable. The room felt cozy and homey. It had everything we needed, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. So we could make food there instead of always eating out. That saved us some money and hassle. It was also really clean and well kept. One thing I appreciated a lot was that the front desk gave us a number to text if we needed anything. I hate calling down to the desk, so this was perfect, and they always responded quickly. Location-wise, it was ideal. Not right in the middle of everything, but a short walk/drive (about a mile) from all the towns we wanted to visit. And a nice bonus: I went out for a run one evening and found a small pebble beach behind the property. Totally unexpected and a cool little discovery. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The kids loved it, and we’d definitely come back. Would recommend to other families looking for a comfortable, low-stress place in Door County

Went for a three night fall trip and we have to say The Inn at Little Sister Hill was amazingly clean and functional very well up kept. Easy check-in and check-out. We would absolutely stay there again.

Second time staying here. Quiet and peaceful. Close enough to everything, yet remote enough to feel out of the rat race. Pebble beach down the road was an added plus. The kitchens are great, not having too eat every meal out. First time stayed in room with the loft ( had kids along). Loved it!! This time stayed in smaller room( only 2 of us), but still loved it. Private patio area outside our living room. Definitely worth the stay!
